Terms of Use

1. Agreement

SV-DEV is operated by Valerii Sobol pr Beograd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using SV-DEV, you agree to these Terms. If you use SV-DEV on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Service description

SV-DEV provides collaboration tools for tasks, chat, documents, calendar, and Git/CI integrations. We may update or change features over time.

3. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security incidents.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No interference with service operation or security.
• No unauthorized access, scanning, or data scraping.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Customer data

• You retain ownership of content you submit to SV-DEV.
• You grant us a limited license to process and display the content to provide the service.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and consents for data you upload.

6. Integrations

When you enable integrations (e.g., Git providers), you authorize us to access relevant data from those services as permitted by you, subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual property

SV-DEV and its components are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights except as expressly stated.

8. Fees

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing cycles, and taxes will be specified at purchase. Unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination.

9. Termination

You may stop using SV-DEV at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Upon termination, we may delete or deactivate your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

10. Disclaimers

SV-DEV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. You use the service at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of SV-DEV, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia, unless superseded by mandatory consumer protection law of your jurisdiction.
